Guilty Pleasures: Chocolate Ice Box Cake


Three ingredients: cream, sugar, chocolate wafers plus 24 hours in the fridge. Oh so simple, oh so delectable.

    Sounds delicious, but I am 99% sure it wouldn't work for me. I've never been able to get even the simplest of freezer or refrigerator desserts to harden up for me. I think I'm challenged.

    Raven, trust me, this one is no fault. The instructions are on the side of the chocolate wafer cookie box. If you can whip cream, you can make it.
