Happy End of Passover: Matzo Brei


Eggs, salt, butter, matzo...what's not to like? Nothing says spring weekend morning like a mess o' matzo brei. For best results, I follow Jim Leff's recipe.

so.... like a Jewish chilaquiles? This might be the only way I'd ever eat matza.

Brilliant! It's totally a Jewish chilaquiles. Why didn't I think of that? It would probably be good with salsa too.
